How Our Network Works
Who Picks Up the Phone
Operationstalent Floor Coating does not send out staff to your home. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent floor coating provider in our network. That provider is a separate business, and it is the one that talks with you, visits the floor and writes the quote.
What the Provider May Ask
A good first conversation is like a doctor's intake. The provider needs facts before giving advice. Expect questions such as:
- How big is the slab, and is it a garage, lanai or workshop?
- Is there old paint, a past coating, oil or rust staining?
- Have you seen cracks, chipping or damp patches?
- What look do you want, such as a solid color or custom floor finishes?
Your photos and notes answer most of these quickly.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are hiring them, so ask plainly:
- How will you prepare the concrete, and why that method?
- Which coating do you suggest: epoxy, polyaspartic or another type?
- How do you deal with moisture in a humid climate?
- How long before I can walk and park on it?
- What is covered in the written quote, and what could change the price?
- Can you help document damage if I need to talk with my insurer?
Some providers also do other flooring, like hardwood flooring installation, so mention it if you have more projects.
The Decision Is Yours
No one is required to hire a provider they meet through Operationstalent Floor Coating. Compare quotes, read the details, and take your time. Costs vary by job, and typical U.S. prices depend on size, condition and materials, so always get a written quote.
