Homeowners who contact Operationstalent Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

• How a call or message with Operationstalent Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Operationstalent Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

Write to contact@operationstalent.garden and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we will share what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
