Homeowner Requests for Coated Floors

Operationstalent Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners come to us wanting a garage or concrete floor coated, and we connect them with independent providers. We are not an employer, and there are no jobs on a payroll here. This page is for contractors who run their own business and want to receive these requests.

Who Fits Our Network

Providers who do well here tend to work in or near Deltona and the Deltona area. They may offer epoxy garage floors, polyaspartic systems, concrete coating, or custom floor finishes. Some also handle related flooring work. What matters most is that they do careful work and talk with homeowners in a friendly, clear way.

What We Expect

Think of a good provider like a good tour guide: they explain where you are going and why. We ask network providers to:

• hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• explain surface prep, products and cure times in plain words
• give written quotes and keep to them
• be honest about what a coating can and cannot fix
• respect the homeowner's time, space and property

We do not set your prices or your schedule. You run your business your way.

What to Know First

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. We do not promise a set number of requests, and availability depends on your area and services. We also do not make claims for you, so keep your own advertising honest.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@operationstalent.garden. Tell us:

• your business name and the areas you cover
• the coating and flooring services you offer
• how long you have worked in the trade, in your own words
• proof of license and insurance, if your area requires it

We will read it and reply with next steps if it looks like a fit.

Questions?

If you are unsure whether your services match what homeowners ask for, write to contact@operationstalent.garden and ask. A short note is fine.
